All our products are made up of selected high-quality natural materials. Irregularities in colour and surface are due to the material's natural finish and should be regarded as a quality feature while also understanding its natural origin, this is natural and unavoidable.The products are entirely hand crafted by our craftsmen and the overall quality may be judged keeping this in mind.

As a policy, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we would be happy to arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost. DAMAGES AND RETURNS


Though all care is taken while packing your product, due to the nature of the material and unforeseen mishandling by the courier personnel might result in some damage so we request you to kindly record unpacking and any visible damage which will help us in resolving the issue with the concerned parties.

Our team will assess the damage and revert with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
