Shipping

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies according to location of delivery, as soon as we receive your order we will provide you a shipping quote from our shipping partners.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Individual delivery times will be provided based on location of your preferred delivery address.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Does Frozen Music Maison deliver internationally?

If you want to buy from your country and want us to ship to you , kindly write to us at shop@frozenmusicmaison.com and we will get back to you with the logistics as currently we do not offer international shipping directly through the website.

In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery within the expected dates because of events outside of our control, and there is a risk of substantial delay we will contact you.

Insurance.

Our goods are fragile as are mostly made of stone, all shipments will be insured on your behalf by us before shipping. Costs of insurance are included in the costs of goods.
