Thank you for choosing Frozen Music Maison. Our products are handcrafted using carefully selected natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, or surface are natural characteristics of these materials and should be considered part of their unique charm—not flaws.
We aim to ensure you receive only the best. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product or there is a genuine quality issue, we offer an exchange as per the following policy:
Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange only if they are damaged or defective upon delivery. (Please make a video while opening a product)

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing shop@frozenmusicmaison.com or WhatsApp at +91 9982912530, along with clear pictures or videos of the issue.

In original packaging

With all tags intact

Once approved, the product can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

No refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason other than damage or defect.

No changes to size, style, or address will be accepted once the order is placed.

If your package is marked Delivered but not received, please notify us within 24 hours. We cannot escalate delivery issues beyond this timeframe.
